Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Oh! Hello Design ("we", "us", or "our").

By subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide subscription-based design services, including but not limited to: Social media posts, Carousels (up to 6 slides unless otherwise specified), Infographics, Visual content for personal brands

All requests are managed through our request system (Trello).

Subscription & Billing

Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis, Payment is charged upfront via Stripe, Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date, You may cancel at any time, No long-term contracts are required.

Request System

You may submit unlimited design requests, Only one request is worked on at a time, Requests are completed in order of priority (top of the queue first)

Turnaround Time

Most requests are delivered within 24–48 hours, More complex requests may take longer, Revisions may extend delivery time

Revisions

Unlimited revisions are included, Revisions must relate to the original request, Significant changes or new directions may be treated as a new request

Client Responsibilities

You agree to: Provide clear instructions and complete content, Supply all necessary assets (text, images, branding), Respond in a timely manner, Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

Content Ownership

You own all final approved designs, We reserve the right to display work in our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed

Acceptable Use

We do not create content that includes: Illegal or harmful material, Hate speech or discrimination, Copyright-infringing content

We reserve the right to refuse any request.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services: No refunds are provided once work has started, If no work has been requested, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase

Pause Policy

You may pause your subscription at any time, Remaining days will be saved for future use, No work will be completed while paused

Communication

All communication will be handled through: Email, Project management platform (Trello)

We do not guarantee availability outside business hours.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for: Business results from the use of our designs, Any indirect or incidental damages

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
