Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Oh! Hello Design (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Oh! Hello Design provides structured content and visual design services, including LinkedIn posts and carousels (up to 6 slides), visual content for personal brands, and content structuring from client provided text. All requests are managed through our project system (Trello).

Pricing and Billing

The monthly plan is priced at $599 and includes up to 6 posts or carousels per month (up to 6 slides each). It is billed monthly in advance via Stripe and automatically renews unless canceled before the next billing date.

The one time service is priced at $100 and includes 1 carousel (up to 6 slides). It is a one time payment via Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term commitment is required.

Request System

All requests must be submitted via Trello. One active request is worked on at a time. New requests are completed after the current one is finished.

Turnaround Time

Each request is typically delivered within 2–3 business days. Turnaround time may vary depending on complexity and revisions.

Revisions

Up to 2 revisions per design are included. Revisions must relate to the original request. Additional revisions or major changes may be treated as a new request.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide clear instructions and rough content (text, bullet points, or draft), supply any necessary assets such as branding, references, or images if needed, and respond in a timely manner. Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

Scope of Service

The service includes content structuring and visual design. Copywriting from scratch is not included. Content must be provided in written form.

Content Ownership

You own all final approved designs. We reserve the right to display work in our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed.

Acceptable Use

We do not create content that includes illegal or harmful material, hate speech or discrimination, or copyright-infringing content. We reserve the right to refuse any request.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not available once work has started. If you are not satisfied, revisions are included to improve the final result. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing.

Communication

All communication will be handled through email and Trello (project management system). We do not guarantee availability outside business hours.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for business results or performance outcomes from the use of our designs or for any indirect or incidental damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.
